Dunkirk: 3 sales agents working for Total Direct Énergie conclude fake contracts

During the past weeks, some individuals around Dunkirk have seen their energy contract closed and a new contract opened with Total Direct Énergie, while they had not signed any document nor had they ever contacted with the energy provider. Some contracts have even been “signed” by people who passed away several years ago.

Total Direct Énergie has investigated the case and says it is victim of the fraudulent acts of three sales agents. These employees of a service provider have realized fake contracts without the customers knowledge. The fraudsters were trying to increase their sales and their commissions. They have been suspended by Total Direct Énergie.
